    We are looking for a full-time Dental Assistant (EFDA required) who is an energetic team player This opportunity requires travel with the Dentist between Vero Beach and Port Saint Lucie.


    Who we are:

    We are an established private family practice located in beautiful Vero Beach and PSL-Tradition area. We have an excellent team environment led by an amazing Doctor and our focus is our patients and our team


    What you will do:

    • Supports patient care by preparing treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials.
    • Supports patient care by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patients.
    • Adept at pouring, trimming, and polishing study casts and fabricating aesthetically pleasing temporary restorations.
    • Provides information to and educates patients by answering questions and requests.
    • Supporting patient care during surgical/implant procedures
    • Anticipates doctor's needs in set-ups, suction, and the passing of instruments and materials.
    • Documents dental care services by thorough charting in patient records.
    • Adeptness in Intra Oral photography.
    • Ensures OSHA compliance with the sterilization of instruments, dental equipment, and treatment rooms.
    • Contributes to team effort with an engaging and positive disposition.

    Who you are:

    • You are a EFDA looking to be part of a great team environment with the following qualifications:
    • Active CPR Certification, EFDA Certification, FL X-Ray
    • Implant /Surgical experience preferred, but not required, we will train the right candidate.
    • Nitrous Certification a big plus.
    • Available to work practice hours as needed Monday through Thursday.
    • Available for Vero on Monday/Wednesday and PSL-Tradition on Tuesday/Thursday
