- BS degree in Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and familiarity with production environments
- Experience with line and process design, material presentation, cycles of imbalance
- Comfortable working on the shop floor
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Provide assembly line Manufacturing Engineer support for current manufacturing operations
- Monitor Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and tool integration
- Conduct operator training programs
- Complete efficiency and safety-related projects
