As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related issues. You will support access control and respond to alarms or concerns with clear communication and customer-focused service. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to staff, vendors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas such as receiving, shipping, and storage zones, as well as exterior areas including parking lots, trailer areas, and perimeter routes.

Monitor access points and loading dock activity, verify identification and/or delivery documentation as required, and report unusual activity according to post orders.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts and requesting assistance from Allied Universal leadership and/or public responders when needed.

Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.
Customer Service Experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
