- Processing physician and employee payroll on a bi-weekly basis
- Managing physician and employee benefit plans including retirement plan
- On-board new employees
- Process time off request
- Manage PTO accruals
- Manage full cycle recruiting
- Handle employee relations matters in accordance with company policy
- Ensure employee compliance with mandatory trainings
- Manage the performance review process
- Maintain employee files
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Writes and reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Adheres to OSHA, HIPAA and security protocols
- Supports RGF's Mission Statement
- Assumes miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned
- 10 years of previous experience in the field of HR
- Bachelors degree in human resources management or equivalent combination of experience and education
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
