Benefts Here s Why Caregivers Like Working for Us Flexible scheduling Health Insurance Aflac Insurance opportunities Caregiver Recognition & Rewards Program Northeast Caregiver of the Year Works with Us Caring Star Award by 2019 Responsibilities and Duties Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include but are not limited to Personal hygiene assisting to bathroom or in using a bedpan bathing care of mouth shaving skin hair AmbulationTransfers Eating DressingShaving Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments Perforrms housekeeping activities which include but are not limited tor vacuuming dusting sweeping or mopping floors doing dishes changing bed linens doing laundry cleaning bathroom Performs patientspecific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse These could include but are not limited tor Medication reminders Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises Measuring preparing special diets Understanding dementia care Incontinence car Qualifications Skills High school graduate or GED certificate preferred Three years experience as a caregiverHome Health Aide in healthcare inhomes facilities Ability read write speak understand English needed for job Compensation $13.50-$16 per hour based experience
