    Job Title: Inside Sales Representative II

    Arrow Electronics is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our Inside Sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative II, you will be responsible for managing the overall account relationship with assigned customers, maximizing margins, and driving value-added solution selling.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer relationships to maximize sales growth and revenue
    • Sell electronic components and develop strategies to increase market share
    • Utilize Arrow's products and services, such as Synergistic products, Reverse Logistics, GBC, and ITAD, to drive solutions selling
    • Contact and qualify potential customers for sales and excess opportunities
    • Work with Arrow Advantage teams to secure customer referrals
    • Collect and process excess lists
    • Manage account assignments, removals, and database integrity
    • Organize and follow up on account reviews and action items

    Requirements:

    • Typically requires a four-year degree and 5 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience
    • Tenacious, self-starter, dedicated, goal-oriented
    • Sales and cold calling/prospecting experience preferred
    • STRONG Excel skills if no industry experience

    Location and Work Arrangement:
