    Job Overview

    The Intake Specialist I position plays a crucial role in our PACE program, coordinating the enrollment process of potential participants. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry and be able to work effectively with our Enrollment Development Specialists to increase program membership. This role requires strong communication skills, as the Specialist will be responsible for discussing participant rights and explaining the program benefits prior to enrollment. The Intake Specialist I will also manage participant enrollments, working closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient processing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate enrollment process for potential PACE participants
    • Work with Enrollment Development Specialists to increase program membership
    • Discuss and explain participant rights prior to enrollment
    • Manage participant enrollments and collaborate with cross-functional teams

    Requirements:

    • Associate's Degree in Healthcare or related field preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare industry
    • 1 year of experience working with elderly and their families required
    • BLS/FA certification required
    • Marketing/Sales experience preferred
    • Bilingual: Cantonese/Mandarin/Vietnamese/English or Spanish/English required

    Compensation & Benefits:

    $24.00 - $28.15 hourly

    This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
