    Job Summary:

    Disney Advertising Sales is seeking an experienced, versatile professional to report into Director, Entertainment Brand Solutions.

    Manager will be responsible for developing strategic ABC Unscripted multiplatform brand solutions both proactively and in response to RFPs as well as leading project management for deals sold in order to drive revenue for Disney Advertising Sales (DAS).

    Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

    Manage development of multiplatform ABC Unscripted brand solutions (linear, addressable, custom integrated content etc.).
    • Idea generation and creation of pitch materials (RFPs and proactive).
      • Actively participate in idea generation and leading brainstorms with key stakeholders
      • Responsible for creating all client-facing pitch materials that detail (customized and market-wide) sponsorship opportunities.
      • Develop proactive solutions that align with Freeform and ABC editorial/marketing efforts
      • Guide and build consensus among key stakeholders to obtain approval on the ideas (Management, Legal, BS&P, PR, Business Affairs, studios, producers, etc.)
      • Presenting and pitching ideas in client meetings
    • Assist in facilitating deal negotiation
    • Collaborate with Director to develop sponsorship strategy and work closely with relevant network and sales partners to identify priorities, package opportunities that drive revenue, and be ready to pivot as marketplace needs change
    • Manage activation process for deals that sell-through: timelines, approvals, production shoots, post-production, etc.
      • Lead kick-off calls
      • Creative approval process
      • Any/all creative preparation
      • Manage on-set shoots - script delivery, client hosting, problem solving, balance network, show, content and client creative needs etc.
      • Responsible for ensuring project elements are delivering across all platforms.
      • Oversee all post production to ensure content launches properly
      • All project related documentation: deal agreement letters, budget management, billing, research etc.
      • Oversee creation of deal recaps and research
    • Manage all ABC Unscripted related documentation and processes: project budget management, commercial inventory reserve, added value requests, department status reports, case studies, research, competitive analysis, etc.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal stakeholders at a senior level (e.g., Marketing, Legal, S&P, Programming, PR, Sales, etc.)
    • Serve as a ABC Unscripted brand champion and content expert for external partners and internal Disney Ad Sales cross-portfolio colleagues. Help drive strategy and revenue performance for Freeform and ABC by maximizing partnership opportunities.
    Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years of television and/or digital marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment and/or media at a network, cable, promotional/media agency or entertainment studio
    • Strong interpersonal skills (especially in high stress environments)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate verbal ideas into written presentations
    • Highly organized
    • Ability to keep abreast of digital/social industry innovations, bringing new opportunities forward
    • Self-motivated and proactive and flexible
    • Expertise in project management/execution, attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
    • Proven experience with sponsored social activations (across Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram and TikTok)
    • Proven team player with the desire to do whatever it takes and thrives in a team culture
    • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, mornings, weekends and/or occasional travel
    • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
    • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Keynote, Google Docs/Sheets
    • Experience with deck creation through PowerPoint and Keynote

    The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $104,200 - $143,200 per year and in Santa Monica, CA is $102,000 - $136,700 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
