    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will create and manage personalized care plans for individual patients with great attention to detail and compassion.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
    • Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
    • Document changes in patient conditions and report observations to the supervisor
    • Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor

    Qualifications:

    • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
    • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
    • Valid driver's license
    • First aid/CPR certification required
