- In-process testing such as acid/salt tests and taste evaluations
- pH/Viscosity analysis and titrations
- Packaging/QA responsibilities including label and code date verification, inspecting bottles for defects, leaks, weighing, and maintaining documentation
- Collect and analyze samples following established protocols
- Monitor processes for consistency and accuracy
- Accurately document all findings
- Properly label and manage product retention samples
- Organize data for review
- Maintain lab equipment in a tidy manner
- Report any non-compliant results promptly
- Ensure compliance with GMP's
- Weigh ingredients accurately
- Conduct food safety tests on R&D samples
- Perform other duties as assigned by QA management
