    Details:

    • 1st Shift 8 AM - 4:30 PM
    • Pay Rate - $26 hr.
    • Temp-Hire after 13 weeks (520 hours)

    What's a typical day as an Accounts Payable Clerk? You'll be:


    • Processing approximately 50 invoices per week.


    • Vouchering and processing accounts payable transactions.


    • Using your Oracle Net Suite skills in your daily tasks.


    • Verifying entries of accounts by examining documentary evidence such as invoices, debit and credit notes, statements, and receipts.


    • Checking recorded transactions for accuracy and ensuring all documents are authenticated.


    • Verifying all documents, receipts, and purchase orders prior to submitting.


    • Utilizing Microsoft Excel to keep an updated log for internal use.


    • Coordinating purchase orders with vendors and suppliers, tracking pricing and incoming orders.


    • Communicating with outside vendors and suppliers.


    • Resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records for on-time payment processing.

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:


    • Have previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role.


    • Experienced with Oracle Net Suite.


    • Have strong attention to detail and the ability to verify and authenticate documents.


    • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.


    • Are proficient in Microsoft Excel.


    • Have experience coordinating purchase orders and communicating with vendors.


    • Are skilled in resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.
