Job summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at CBRE in Somerville, MA. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This is a fast-paced multi-facility corporate environment that requires strong organizational skills, good customer relationship skills, and the ability to follow basic work routines.Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
