Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle across a variety of roles within finance, business development, and HR.
This position demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for engaging top talent and a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates
Proactively source candidates through online channels, professional networks, and referrals
Manage job postings across various job boards and social media platforms
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate final interviews
Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications
Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on recruitment status
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and report on candidate progress
This is a fully remote position and minimal travel may be required.
This is a temporary 90 day assignment.
The expected California Pay Range for this position is $35 - $45/hour.
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Minimum of 5 years of senior recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on high level finance, business development, and/or HR roles
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate databases
Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
