    The Development Analyst reports directly to the President of Land Development.

    The position is responsible for assisting the Development team and providing information and support to the President of Land Development for communication to Division.

    Responsibilities Create and manage project specific budgets based on information provided by third-party Engineers and Acquisition teamAssist with monthly reconciliation of project budgets and invoicing, and be able to present findings to Controller and VP of Land DevelopmentPrepare budget cost summary upon completion of each project, to be reviewed and approved by Controller and Division managementAssist Development team with distribution of critical project documents to both internal and external partiesManage department spreadsheets and tracking tools, including unit pricing, development contracts, and liability insurance compliance, among othersCreate and maintain organization of Development project folders, including overall project and phase-specific folders, as well as the information contained in each folderAssist with management of Division's reimbursement interests for projects located within Special Financial Districts, including, but not limited to:Assist with other projects as assigned by Controller and VP of Land Development#CB #LI-VR1Qualifications

    Education and Experience Requirements:
    College degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fieldExperience with budget creation and managementProficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and OutlookAbility to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one timeAbility to prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesHomebuilding or development experience a plus

    Physical Requirements:

    This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.

    Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
