    Description
    Duties

    2+ years of full cycle healthcare recruiting experience required

    Actively search for potential candidates through various job boards, social media, professional network, and community events.

    Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting initial calls.

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming needs within departments.

    Ensure positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed about the hiring process, providing feedback, and addressing questions or conerns

    Work with hiring managers in negotiating job offers, discussing compensation, benefits, and other relevant information with candidates

    Utilize ATS to keep track of candidate pipeline, information, and status

    Stay informed about healthcare trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor practices to make informed decisions and attract top talent

    Process new hires and ensure compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory standards

    Attend industry events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to connect with potential candidates

    Requirements

    Bachelors degree or minimum three years of experience in healthcare recruitment

    2+ years of full cycle healthcare recruiting experience required

    Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software's

    Computer program familiarity including but not limited to MS Office Suite, Google Office Suite, Zoom

    Self-Starter able to work effectively and efficiently in a remote/hyrbrid capacity.

    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
