    Pump SolutionsLocation:
    Cleveland, OH, Cincinnati, OH, Parkersburg, WV, or Pittsburgh, PAEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Be responsible for sales of the full range of Pump Solutions products and services including new pumps, replacement pumps, repairs and pump systems in a defined territoryBe able to identify and qualify sales opportunities, apply knowledge of customer's business and establish a value proposition that results in salesAct as the representative for other ECI business units by identifying opportunities and introducing the appropriate resources necessary to complete the transactionRequirements

    The Ideal Candidate:
    Will possess at least 5 years of proven sales to industrial accounts with knowledge of process control fundamentals and pumps; includes selling into large, complex accounts with individual and team responsibilitiesWill demonstrate an understanding of the technical and business challenges faced by this market and proven ability to develop and deliver solutionsWill possess a proven history of solution selling success demonstrated by the ability to diagnose a customer's requirements and map a solution of products and services to meet the customer's needsWill possess strong presentation, consultative selling, interpersonal, account planning and communication skillsMust be a team player and work closely with Regional Account Director and other business unitsMust be able to entertain and manage key sales relationshipsMust be able to penetrate new accounts, develop territory business plans and effectively cover territory dailyA good mechanical aptitude is helpful, and a strong work ethic is essentialMust leverage account planning and time management to capture businessHaving a working knowledge of various pump technologies and systems is preferred
