The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for excellent customer service and executing all Workday and HR Operations processes in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.
This position provides support to each Center for Workforce Excellence (CWE) Department and serves as the primary point of contact for the Leadership Team and SJRMC and SJHP caregivers for Workday processes (i.e., life cycle of the caregiver, department changes, title changes, paycheck stubs, W-2s, upload training documents, upload Onboarding documents, etc.).

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; at least two (2) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the education requirements may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Effective writing skills with the ability to communicate key messages in an easy-to-understand way
Ability to think, plan, and execute autonomously
Experience with planning, prioritization, and attention to detail
Efficient collaboration and listening skills; building upon a wide network, sparking great ideas, gathering, and incorporating feedback from multiple people and groups
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

Experience with various video conferencing technology (WebEx, ZOOM, GoToMeeting, Skype, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or another related field
Two (2) years of project/program management experience; ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously across workgroups and stakeholders
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Responsible for the intake and triage of new requests and managing the request process. Evaluates submitted requests and gathers details to include high level requirements.
Builds and maintains an understanding of the various work streams, HR systems and their relationship with one another
Processes a full range of human resources actions needed to complete promotions, transfers, separations, etc.
Promptly answers office phone and reads and responds to email requests
Responds to report and data requests for internal and external customers
Monitors/audits for data quality and provides insights and recommendations
Collects and compiles statistical data required to prepare reports
Supports report design and evaluates reporting tools and methods
Documents and improves existing processes through automation and efficient workflows
Corresponds to vendors related to reporting technology
Completes all HR Operations processes in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner
Uploads and reviews employee and applicant data into Workday to ensure data integrity
Completes various HR transactions in Workday
Processes all Tuition Reimbursement requests
Processes all Education Benefits requests
Trouble shoots HR-related issues and presents recommendations to the HR Leadership Team
Creates employee badges
Conducts fingerprinting
Provides back-up coverage for the CWE Front Desk
Checks-in New Caregiver Orientation employees
Greets CWE visitors, answers questions, directs visitors to the waiting room or meeting rooms, or calls CWE employees for appointments, meetings, etc.
Additional Responsibilities:
Attends in-person and virtual meetings
Completes monthly HR credit card reconciliation
Develops, conducts, and/or participates in specialized presentations and training
Creates and presents ad hoc data analyses and reports, as appropriate to the area of expertise; identifies errors and deficiencies and makes process improvement recommendations
Assists in the development and modification of HR Operations SOPs
Creates signage for the CWE Front Entrance
Posts various temporary employment notices at CWE Front Entrance
Maintains a clean and organized CWE Meeting Rooms, CWE Front Entry, CWE Hallways, and CWE Breakroom
Creates Work Orders for CWE on the Intranet
Contacts vendors and various departments with issues, and/or effectively communicates needs
Each caregiver is responsible for implementing SJRMC's Service Standards into their daily work:
Safety, Courtesy, Effectiveness, and Stewardship
Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands and Environmental Work Conditions:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Occasional irregular work hours (to meet the needs of SJRMC)
Must be able to lift twenty-five (25) pounds
Occasional:

Must be able to:
