The Pharmacy Medication Historian assists with compiling an accurate and complete patient medication history. Gathers information about the patient's medications from family or directly from the patient in the Emergency Room or inpatient settings
Compiles a complete list of patient's medications, including name, dosage, frequency, route and compliance history, OTC, and herbal supplements.
High school graduation or equivalent~ Approved Pharmacy Technician Certification OR Pharmacy Intern License
~1-3 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
