    Were looking for an experienced product leader for the Salesforce Activity Platform team where we build products that use the power of data and AI to help sales reps and leaders across industries save time and close deals faster.

    Role Overview Are you a product leader who cares deeply about data and using the power of analytics and AI to make real impact to the customers? Do you thrive on solving complex customer problems and creating value at scale? We are looking for an experienced product leader with a track record for building products from initial concept to successful delivery and market leadership.

    In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision & strategy, working with cross-functional teams (primarily in US and India) to build and execute capabilities that can ultimately achieve the vision.

    You will have a strong focus on deepening our collaboration with Salesforce Industries and expanding our product to better serve customers across industries.

    Responsibilities Responsibilities Own the product vision for your area:
    Ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company vision. Be an expert on the domain, the market, the trends. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context, and understand where we are going.


    Represent the customer:
    Be the champion and voice of customers. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the creation process. Own requirements, specifications, and release plans.


    Drive entire feature delivery lifecycle:

    research customer/user needs; write feature specs and user stories; partner with User Experience to design and prototype; work with engineering to develop, test and deliver a marketable product on time; collaborate with customer facing roles to drive market awareness and customer adoptionCollaborate across teams: We win or lose as a team.

    Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders.

    A collaborative attitude is essential to the jobCommunicate clearly and efficiently:
    Coordinate product release communications for your components. Define expectations for engineering teams and hold them accountable to success and failures. Work closely with product marketing managers to promote your products both internally and externally and ensure a cohesive message.


    Represent Salesforce:

    Be a domain and product expert at customer meetings, industry and corporate events, online in customer community, and social networksEngage with enterprise customers for requirements gathering and roadmap briefingsQualifications 5+ years of solid product management experience with a proven track record of building awesome products from concept to deliveryDemonstrated experience in gathering and transforming ambitious product requirements into an actionable product roadmapTop notch written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycles, evangelizing product strategy, and handling sensitive customer escalationsStrong championing, influence, and negotiation skills to align the organization around prioritization and delivery of product roadmapExceptional time management skills to effectively juggle multiple demanding prioritiesProven ability to deliver on commitmentsWell-developed management, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to excite and lead others.

    Desired Skills and Experience Product management experience with Enterprise SaaSDeep familiarity with the sales technology landscape and sales user needs is a plus.

    For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $192,900 to $265,200. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
