    At our site in Home Office, we are currently looking for a Silmix Sales Manager I/II to be a part of our growing team.


    The Sales Manager is responsible for implementing the sales strategy and understanding our customer's needs to drive the regional strategic direction within the global framework resulting in sustained revenue and profitability growth, meeting or exceeding targets, for our custom compounding Silmix business.

    This is accomplished by developing, planning, and executing strategic activities for the business.

    Additional responsibility supporting multi-location buying customers, creating account strategies for top accounts, and demonstrates high level of self-management to negotiate, network, prospect, and develop business for sustained year-over-year growth.

    The Sales Manager home office will be ideally located in southern California near Los Angeles.

    Job Responsibilities

    Execute the regional sales and marketing strategies in the main market segments: Aerospace, Energy, Healthcare, Automotive, and General Silicone Rubber
    Hunt new Prospects and Opportunities, maintain existing customers to maximize sales and grow opportunity funnel.
    Develop Strong relationships with customer base at all levels.
    Successfully close new opportunities in a timely manner.
    Utilize CRM system (Sales ) to manage customer communication internally as well as externally, develop quotes and samples
    Positively collaborate cross-functional with Technical Mgrs, Marketing Mgrs, Supply Chain, and Production
    Job Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in a Business or Technical field required
    Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales & Territory Management, Opportunity Exploration and Management
    Proficient in value selling and price negotiations
    Experience with SAP is preferred
    Required to travel up to 60% of the time


    The anticipated salary for candidates who will work in California is targeted at 130, The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc .
