- HYDRAULICS/PNEUMATICS EXPERIENCE IS A HUGE PLUS
- We are inheriting 2 business units and needs to double their headcount by September

- Tons of room for growth into leadership positions, or to be trained as mechanics, etc.
- Large reputable company
- Biggest need is night shift (includes night shift differential)
- Focus on Safety and Health for yourself and team members. Active participation in all Safety Activities.
- Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing general fabrication and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.
- Ensuring the maintenance of the facility, grounds, and utility systems.
- Collaborating with management to sustain waste water and other facility systems for environmental and regulatory compliance.
- Implementation of Preventative Maintenance Programs on parts inventory, machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Repair and maintain machinery, mechanical equipment, motors in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications.
- Performing additional tasks as required.
- Experience of three (1) to five (5) years as a Maintenance Tech in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in mechanical, troubleshooting, and electrical skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication skills for reading, writing, and interpreting safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions.
- Capability to write reports, communicate with various stakeholders, and handle basic mathematical calculations.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
