    One of our clients is seeking a Behavior Health Techniciian to provide service in the Philadelphia & surrounding areas.

    SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

    • Provide 1:1 services in a school/community settings for middle and high school students with severe behavioral & emotional challenges.
    • Provide behavioral interventions and crisis management, positivly redirecting the behaviors of children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses.
    • Collaborate with treatment team to provide input and feedback that contributes to the development of a child's treatment plan.
    • Monitor child's behaviors by documentation and redirecting challenging behaviors daily & turning in the log at weeks end along with your timesheet.
    • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis.
    CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service related field including Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or other social services related field.
    • Bachelor's Degree in unrelated field requires 1 year full-time paid experience working with children or adolescents.
    • Associate's Degree or sixty (60) college credits requires 1 year full-time paid experience working with children or adolescents.
    • Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
    • Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR and First Aid certification.
    • Must complete CBH Core Trainings
    • Must complete the Registered Behavior Technician(RBT) Training
