Job summary
We are seeking a Retail Co-Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Co-Store Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the entire sales floor and receiving area. You will create and lead a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good associate and customer experience.You will assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports to ensure financial and operational goals are met. You will also demonstrate Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; makes sure all company standards are consistently demonstrated in every Associate and Customer interaction
