- Assists with the development of creative copy for print and digital marketing materials (e.g. social media content, brochures, flyers, award submittals) that follow the Spicer Group branding policy
- Assists in the preparation of proposals through writing, editing, reviewing, and revising to final printing and production
- Creating written content and copy to promote Spicer Group's professional services
- Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including print ads, email, networking, internet, and social media
- Assists marketing staff with daily activities
- Maintains project and proposal database and inventory of digital files
- Assists with the planning and conducting of special events
- General office and miscellaneous duties (e.g. filing, proposal delivery, taking photographs, working with printers, photocopiers, large document copiers, postage and fax machines)
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials
- Website updating and develop new methods of marketing
- Use Adobe Suite for the development of marketing materials YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
- Experience with Adobe Suite products and Microsoft
- Advanced writing skills
- You have a valid driver's license
- You can build relationships and working processes across departmental boundaries
- You can take direction and work independently to complete a task

COPY WRITER INTERNSHIP
POSITION SUMMARY This position is within our in-house Marketing Department which includes writers, graphic designers, photographers, and creative minds. The position is being offered at our Saginaw office and will require approximately 25+ hours per week with the opportunity to be hired full time after graduation.
