We're in search of a dynamic Healthcare Application Architect who possesses a wealth of expertise in data science, AI/ML, and cloud technologies to join our forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in project and data architecture, with a keen focus on designing and executing intricate integration solutions within the healthcare sector.

Conceptualize and craft integration solutions that seamlessly unify disparate systems, applications, and data sources, ensuring flawless interoperability and data integrity.
Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to deconstruct large-scale project requirements into manageable epics and user stories, effectively prioritizing and defining feature sets.
Develop comprehensive architectural designs and technical specifications for integrating ancillary applications with primary systems, aligning closely with business objectives and scalability needs.
Lead multifaceted teams through the implementation of integration solutions, offering technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the development journey.
Assess and select suitable integration patterns, technologies, and tools based on project requisites, industry benchmarks, and emerging trends.
Establish and enforce architectural standards, design principles, and coding guidelines to uphold consistency, reliability, and maintainability across integrated systems.
Conduct thorough performance tuning, scalability evaluations, and security audits of integration solutions to enhance efficiency and mitigate potential risks.
Collaborate seamlessly with infrastructure teams to devise and implement robust infrastructure solutions that facilitate seamless integration and uphold application availability.
Keep abreast of advancements in integration technologies, methodologies, and industry standards, proactively identifying avenues for innovation and enhancement.
Assume the role of a subject matter expert on integration architecture, epics, and ancillary applications, providing invaluable guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and external stakeholders alike.

Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience as a project or data architecture/integration architect, showcasing a strong track record of designing and implementing intricate integration solutions within the healthcare realm.
Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and Terraform.
Advanced skills in data science, with hands-on experience in AI/ML activities utilizing tools such as Databricks, Python, and MLflow.
In-depth understanding of healthcare data, API endpoints/context, and the consequential implications of predictions within workflows.
Exceptional analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a knack for translating business requisites into technical solutions and architectural blueprints.
Desirable experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
