- Lead the technical development of an emerging enterprise AI inference service.
- Collaborate with researchers and data scientists to deploy machine learning models for enterprise use.
- Optimize AI models, workflows and system performance by conducting analysis and benchmarks to address bottlenecks.
- Operate and enhance software and infrastructure for scalable and reliable AI inference.
- Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in AI inference technologies and best practices.
- Hold a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent years of related professional work experience.
- Have 3+ years scripting and programming skills with Python.
- Have 1+ experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as Tensorflow, PyTorch or MXNet.
- Have 1+ year experience using container-based orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes) and run-time environments (e.g. Docker).
- Solid understanding of inferencing with foundation models including LLMs.
- Demonstrate ability to investigate and resolve moderately complex problems using current job knowledge, research data and external resources.
- Able to work effectively with leadership to prioritize competing tasks.
- Demonstrate solid communication and listening skills within a collaborative team environment.
- Ambitious to learn, effectively plan and organize work, seek and share knowledge on a continuous basis.
- Are able to obtain Secret level security clearance.
