We are seeking an Enterprise IT Training Specialist to develop and deliver comprehensive
training programs that enhance the knowledge and skills vital for fulfilling our organization's
mission
This role involves creating and facilitating both online and classroom-based training to
impart our core values, vision, and mission, as well as to provide essential skills training
The
ideal candidate will have strong classroom management and facilitation skills, capable of
developing new curricula or updating existing content to reflect the latest advancements
relevant to our mission

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training programs to bridge knowledge and skills gaps in using organizational applications
• Customize training solutions using instructional systems design processes to meet specific needs
• Utilize various tools, including computer software, the Internet, and other technologies for course development and delivery
• Manage online training content for easy access and retrieval by students, utilizing platforms like SharePoint and Microsoft Office
• Conduct detailed needs and task analyses employing both quantitative and qualitative methods
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training programs are of high quality and relevance
• Apply diverse presentation and elicitation techniques for effective course delivery
• Gather feedback through surveys and exercises to ensure learning objectives are met
• Coordinate logistical aspects of training sessions, including instructor, venue, and material scheduling
• Assist in training material procurement and update content to stay current with developments in the field
• Advise on adapting training methods based on class dynamics and individual learning styles
• Develop training experiences with measurable objectives in collaboration with instructional designers, incorporating effective instructional techniques for adult learners
• Stay current in the field through ongoing education, professional affiliations, and a network of industry contacts
• Represent the organization at professional events, demonstrating an understanding of strategic goals
• Analyze training needs, create and maintain training plans, and develop and deliver comprehensive training services, including Computer Based Training (CBT) and Video Teleconference (VTC) sessions

• U.S

Citizenship

• Active Top Secret SCI clearance with Poly
• Proven experience in adult learning principles and classroom instruction
• Ability to manage and adapt training programs in response to organizational changes
• Flexibility with training schedules and the capacity to adapt to timing needs
• Experience collaborating with software development teams
• Skilled in managing group dynamics and fostering student engagement
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an advanced degree in an education-related field

● Knowledge of project management concepts and principles

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SQL/ICQL programming
• Knowledge of Boolean Logic and computer programming
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Certifications in SharePoint Administration and Application Development are a plus
