    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior OA Strategic Human Capital Planning Analyst to join our team in the Washington, D.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • The OA Strategic Human Capital Planning Analyst evaluates the current OA Strategic Human Capital Plan and provides recommendations for Acquisition Workforce (AWF) shaping to achieve organizational human capital strategic goals.
    • Provide non-contracting AWF analyses in support of OA succession planning and organizational growth and/or right-sizing activities

    In coordination with the CBP CAE and the PAEs, they support OAs creation of the draft and annual DHS and CPB planning documentation to ensure organizational requirements for CBPs non-contracting Acquisition Workforce are incorporated.


    • Support the development and implementation of acquisition workforce human resource management best practices for non-contracting AWF recruiting, staffing, and retention.
    • Update human capital strategic planning lifecycle process assets and artifacts to ensure compliance with policies, processes, procedures, standards.
    • Support the development of Knowledge Management automation and artificial intelligence tools that support Strategic Human Capital Planning

    Basic Qualifications:

    • MA/MS
    • 5 years of experience in strategic human capital planning and knowledge management support to federal agencies

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Level II or Level III DHS or DoD Test & Evaluation or Systems Engineering Certifications

    Clearance Requirements:

    • Must be a U.S
    citizen.


    • Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
    • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
    Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
