- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation every day.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check before employment.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties.

Job DescriptionAt Generations Home Care, we aim to help people enjoy life at home. We believe our work makes a real difference in the lives of our clients and the area of Bainbridge Island. We are looking for individuals to join our team who want to be a part of something bigger than themselves and are motivated by compassion and connection with people.
We have elderly clients throughout Bainbridge Island and Kitsap County needing assistance. We are looking for certified nursing assistants, Home Care Aides (NA C or HCA), or someone willing to train for their CNA/HCA.
Pay Structure
1 Hr Visit - $37
2-3 Hr shift $30/hr
4-6 Hr shift $24/hr
7+ Hr shift $21/hr
We pay +$3/hr if there is a couple who both receive care
