Description

The ideal candidate will Have intermediate to advanced experience with Relational Database Management Systems such as Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle Databases.

Provide support for complex issues related to software tools applications databases and system access. Work with software vendor to analyze and resolve software installation and on-going support issues of end users. Recommend software solutions to meet end user and IT needs. Support Cyber Security compliance and audit preparation in coordination with the Cyber Security Team. Consult with internal departments to identify customer needs and include into project objectives. Create related documentation. Support recommendations and plans for software development and operations and software purchases. Provide support to end users in the selection procurement usage and maintenance of software applications. Apply software updates and patches. Perform work according to Software Quality Assurance policies and procedures Communicate effectively and efficiently with all stakeholders. Provide after-hours support if/when the need arises.
