    Sales Enablement Manager | Boston, MA | Full Time | Hybrid | $100,000

    Are you looking to influence a growing team?

    Do you consider yourself creative and enjoy teaching?

    Then I have the opportunity for you

    You will be working within a global SaaS company (you will most likely be familiar with them) who are the leader in what they do. They are looking to upscale the company in the next two years and are looking to develop their new Account Executives.

    You will be supporting their commercial teams with learning materials, content, and resources to increase revenue and the team's skillset

    Responsibilities

    • Supporting their commercial teams
    • Serving as a liaison between marketing, sales and product teams
    • Creating learning resources
    • Gathering performance data to identify skill gaps across the team
    • Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software (Salesforce)
    • Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem
    • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
    • Experience with outbound sales and discovering new prospects (cold calling/lead generation)
    • Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process
    • A desire to grow and develop your own client portfolio
    • Leadership Experience isn't a must
