- Supporting their commercial teams
- Serving as a liaison between marketing, sales and product teams
- Creating learning resources
- Gathering performance data to identify skill gaps across the team
- Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software (Salesforce)
- Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
- Experience with outbound sales and discovering new prospects (cold calling/lead generation)
- Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process
- A desire to grow and develop your own client portfolio
- Leadership Experience isn't a must
