- The position requires a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of work experience in a technical position following good manufacturing practices.
- General understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
- Strong and reliable work ethic with a demonstrated attention to detail.
- General mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to use measurement tools and fixtures such as height gauges, calipers, microscopes, gauge blocks, optical comparators.
- A minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two-year technical degree is a plus.
- Experience in a medical device or GMP/ISO environment.
- Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.
- Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives.
- Required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard.
- Some work (less than 10%) requires moving and lifting of materials (<25 lbs).
- Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department or line of business.
- Predominantly operates in an office environment.
- This is an onsite role.
- Perform sub-assembly verification, labeling verification, and finished product acceptance activities of production material.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections of precision mechanical and electronic components for production and R&D as needed.
- Utilization of appropriate measurement tools for tasks assigned.
- Generate clear and accurate records of inspection for production and R&D.
- Attends and participates in department meetings, seminars, and training sessions to maintain/develop certifications.
- Demonstrates professional competence in the workplace.
- Attends and participates in departmental meetings. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence.
- Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met.
- Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor.

LOCATION: Bothell, WA
React Health is a fast paced, growth oriented, manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment serving the respiratory, sleep and cardiology patients, caregivers, physicians, and providers. React Health sells and supports its product and services in the acute-care, non-acute and home medical equipment markets. React Health has built a model that combines manufacturing and distribution of products and services to meet the challenges of the undiagnosed as well as those needing therapies after diagnosis in the sleep and respiratory population.
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Quality Inspector will work directly with the Quality and Operations Teams to support the rapidly growing manufacturing at React Health. You will be responsible for reviewing products and materials during manufacturing to make sure they meet product requirements. Your day-to-day duties include but are not limited to verification of material in production and measuring components compared to their intended physical specifications.
