Salary: Starting at $40 per hour and up, based on experience

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the school year in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to provide behavior analysis services to students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Implement and monitor individualized behavior interventions.
Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, staff, and families.
Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
Collaborate with the special education team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff and parents on behavior management strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in pliance with school policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification.
Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
Excellent munication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds.
