- Support the Production department and others with maintenance needs.
- Facilitate equipment and line changeovers.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Instruct production staff on basic equipment maintenance and operation.
- Manage the maintenance inventory and order parts as necessary.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate across teams to address maintenance challenges.
- Ensure maintenance strategies are cost-effective and minimize downtime.
- Provide guidance and training to Maintenance Mechanics under management direction.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and LOTO practices.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including experience with powder and liquid filling systems and utilities (Boilers, Air Compressors, Water Chillers, AC).
- Knowledge in PLC
- Must have or be able to obtain a boiler engineer license; familiarity with boiler operation.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and compliant with safety gear use.
