- Basic HR functions -scanning documents, phone calls, text messages, and emails.
* Assist with orientation - assist with monthly employee engagement activity.
* Assist with badging - help at job fairs.
* Learn key functions and update/provide input based on Ceridian Dayforce, our HR (Human Resources) system.
* Provide administrative support to the assigned department, as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Enrolled in an Associate or bachelor's Program in an accredited College or University, pursuing a degree.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task.
* High levels of initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to take constructive feedback.
* Successful in both an independent and team-oriented work environment.
* Strong work ethic and integrity, with high energy and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Hospitality and customer experience oriented.
* Previous experience/knowledge working in a position with high confidentiality.
* Experience working within a cross-functional team.
Pay rate: $20 per hour

Position Summary:
The OTG Paid Summer Internship allows students to have an immersive, hands-on learning experience within OTG Management at our JFK Airport.
