    We are looking for a future caregiver to take on the role of Lead Analyst within our world-class team of caregivers


    You will:

    • Be expected to work independently and have knowledge of the Epic Clinical Applications and/or Workflows
    • Support the continuous process of optimizing departmental resources.
    • Plan, schedule, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously assisting upper management, peers, and other teams with in depth Cogito questions.
    • Work with and mentor junior staff to document processes.

    • Has experience supporting Epic Cogito in multiple instances of Epic.
    • Experience with high quality data delivery and analytics solutions with minimal ongoing maintenance.
    • Help manage the ServiceNow request tool for Clinicians and Sr. Management for incidents and new report requests.
    • Familiar with Palette and peer review process for Cogito build, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
    • Has experience building in all facets of Cogito- Including but not limited to Clarity, Radar, RWB, SlicerDicer Queries, RWB SQL, Radar Metrics, and Caboodle.
    • Be the Cogito SME and communicate technical and operation terms with other Report Liaisons and key consumers to ensure needs are met.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leads IT projects, including planning, obtaining customer input and projecting resource requirements.
    • Reviews system requirements with customers and translates requirements into specific functions or deliverables.
    • Analyzes flow chart processes and recommends ways to reduce steps and increase efficiency through use of technology.
    • Assists in Level loading the team resources when projects are assigned and able to also manage their own workloads as well.
    • Plans, schedules and manages multiple projects requiring computer resources including project scheduling.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Admin or related field.

    Certifications:

    • For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.

    Complexity of Work:

    • Understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts.
    • Understands principles of client/server configuration.
    • Excellent knowledge of messaging technology and project management skills.

    Work Experience:

    • 6 years of system implementation experience, including directing, planning and scheduling a major information system project.
    • Strong analytical, administrative, presentation, and project management skills are required.
    • Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work independently.
    • Offset:
    High School Diploma / GED or equivalent and 9 years of experience.

    • Offset:
    Associates Degree and 7 years of experience.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Epic Cogito experience
    • 5 years of Epic implementation experience
    • Epic Cogito certified
    • Data analyst experience
    • SQL experience
    • Leadership experience
    • Project Management

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
    • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
    • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
    • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
    • In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.

    Personal Protective Equipment:

    • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

    Pay Range

    Minimum hourly:
    $30.41


    Maximum hourly:
    $46.38
