LHH Recruitment Solutionsis hiring for a PropertyAccountant for our client in Orlando, FL.
This is a full time,onsite, contract tohireopportunity.
Responsibilities
Perform full cycle accounting duties for a portfolio of propertiesincluding preparing/recording journal entries,adjusting entries, accruals, accounts payable, financial statements, bank/general ledger/CAM reconciliations, month/year end close, etc.
Minimum three years offull cycle accounting experience required
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Knowledge/Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Attention to detail
Able to meet strict deadlines
Yardi Voyager knowledge required
Work Hours/Salary
Monday-Friday -40 hours per week
$50-55K
