    Enhanced Maintenance Technician Resume for Billerica, MA Position

    Objective:
    Dedicated Maintenance Technician with a passion for ensuring peak operational performance and supporting production excellence. Seeking to leverage extensive experience and technical expertise to contribute significantly to your team in Billerica, MA.

    Primary Purpose of This Job:
    As a Maintenance Technician, I am an integral part of a highly skilled team responsible for supporting production and maintaining operational efficiency. My role is crucial in ensuring that equipment functions optimally, enabling us to consistently meet production goals and exceed customer expectations.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Proficient in utilizing diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test instruments.
    • Skilled in interpreting electrical schematics, technical manuals, and following written instructions accurately.
    • Experienced in the removal, repair, and reassembly of machine components, including hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems.
    • Proactive in performing preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
    • Diligent in maintaining accurate records of projects, including machine assembly, start-up, and installation procedures.
    • Effective in participating in daily meetings, prioritizing tasks, and reviewing the daily schedule of work to ensure timely completion.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with all departments and personnel.
    • Self-motivated, highly organized, and adept at multitasking to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently.
    • Skilled in positively interfacing with fellow employees and customers, even in challenging situations.
    • Proactive in identifying and communicating opportunities for project improvements to contribute to company and team success.
    • Adherence to company processes and procedures to comply with ISO and AS9100 standards.
    • Commitment to maintaining basic shop housekeeping rules, ensuring clean and orderly work areas.
    • Proficient in general facility preventative and repair maintenance.
    • Strict adherence to all company safety practices and rules.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Over three years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing plant, specializing in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial machines.
    • Proficiency with Siemens 840D and/or Fanuc Controls and Drives.
    • Possession of an IME (Industrial Moving Equipment) License.
    • Experience in PLC and/or CNC systems, as well as test equipment repair.
