    Environmental Health and Safety Manager

    located at our manufacturing facility in Weyauwega, WI.


    Your Role:


    The EHS Manager is responsible for providing focus, definition, and technical expertise for the development of a proactive Environmental, Health, and Safety plan that is consistent with Reynolds corporate policies, vision, and values; and is in compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations.

    This position will inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment, and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards.

    Ultimately, you will play a key role in protecting our employees, customers, and the environment. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

    You will have the opportunity to:
    Drive the development and implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
    Maintain updated OSHA and EPA required written programs and develop/conduct training as necessary.
    Oversee the reporting and investigations of any potential injury, accident, and/or health and safety related issues.
    Oversee the necessary environmental, health, and safety training to support and enhance the organizations safety culture.
    Develop and deploy policies, procedures, and programs to support best-practice and identify best-practices with the Reynolds system.
    Provide communication and training to plant management, establish and maintain communications, reporting, assessments, training programs, and guidance.

    Work with the Corporate EHS departments and provide prioritized direction and technical expertise to the engineering organizations or contractors in implementing EHS projects.

    We need you to have:
    BA/BS degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, or technical discipline or related field.
    5+ years of progressive and related professional health and safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    Proficient in MS Office.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.

    Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
    Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills.
    Solid project management capabilities with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from origin through execution.
    Well-developed leadership and motivational skills with proven ability to influence and motivate others to quickly achieve results.
    Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
    Ability to travel (5%).
    Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.


    Icing on the cake:
    MBA or other advanced degree.
    Certifications in Health & Safety.
    Environmental experience is a plus.
