We are seeking compassionate and experienced CNAs/HHAs with specialized skills in Alzheimer's and dementia care, including Parkinson's.

Assist clients with all activities of daily living (dressing, shopping, visiting, medication, etc.) in the clients home. Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet all required visits to the clients home according to policy and state regulations
Provide a positive, supportive environment in which the client(S) receive their care through your interactions with them
Report any changes in the clients condition to the office
Remain engaged with clients throughout the entire visit process including feedback on services provided and completing notes
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing etc.
Providing support with transfers and mobility as needed
Assisting with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and transportation
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Upholding client confidentiality with the utmost professionalism
Delivering exemplary care that aligns with our high standards
