About the Job: Rooms Manager

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Housekeeping and Guest Services departments.
Manage administrative, accounting, and property guest service tasks, along with associate development.
Ensure fulfillment of owner needs, maintain staffing levels, and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Optimize staffing and scheduling for productivity and profitability.
Maintain guest satisfaction levels and identify areas for process enhancement.
Oversee room inventory and manage guest accounts effectively.
Ensure departmental compliance with quality, safety, and financial standards.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Strategic thinking ability.
2 to 5 years of hotel/resort experience.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
