    As a Catering Lead, you own and are responsible for the successful daily execution and growth of the catering business. You are expected to plan and prepare for all catering orders and ensure the orders are executed as expected. You will also assist in running operations, and ensure remarkable customer service. A successful Lead/Supervisor must be mature, patient, and professional with a growth mindset at all times. In addition to these qualities you are required to possess a desire and willingness to develop your team by providing feedback to team members, leaders, and future leaders, while being confident enough to coach awareness and provide/receive constructive criticism to/from your fellow co-workers and leaders. You must enthusiastically and passionately lead by example, with integrity to build and develop a strong team with a standard of excellence.

    Leader Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Work with the Leadership Team to execute the business strategy
    • Execute Chick-fil-A Winning Hearts Strategy
    • Learn the business and support other areas when business need or time allows.
    • Treats all team members with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
    • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
    • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
    • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
    • Follow Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures All other duties as assigned
    Catering + Beyond the Restaurant Specific Duties & Responsibilities

    Requirements
    • Must be over 18
    • Must have reliable transportation to make deliveries (with clean driving record)
    • Must be available Mon-Fri 9 am - 2 pm, with option for FT as well
    • Must have strong attention to detail
    • Enjoys working in a team environment
