Description:
Looking for knowledgeable individual who can assist customers in making the right product choices according to their needs. The individual must be knowledgeable in all flooring/painting products.

This position requires sales associate to travel from showroom to visiting customer homes, prospecting for new clients and networking with community.

Duties & Requirements:

• Experience selling Flooring/ Painting
• Experience in Property Management, Home Builder, Contractors
• Excellent customer service on sales floor.
• Be able to determine customer's needs.
• Keep an up to date on the wide selection of Painting and flooring we have to offer along with benefits & warranties provided by each.
• Help work through, and follow-up after, the completion of each job
• Build client relationships.
• Network regularly, and work effectively, with other store employees
• Execute sales strategies
• Use computer database to research the availability of merchandise and to process orders.
• Follow up in a timely and professional manner with all customers on requests and/or concerns.
• Answer customer's questions.
• Maintain showroom by keeping samples and displays neat, current, and clean.
• Must have access to reliable transportation in order to get to work, and to visit customers' homes.
• Must have open and flexible work availability to include weekends
• Must have strong knowledge Microsoft Office programs and be willing to learn our operating system
• Flooring and/or retail sales experience is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professionalism to include dependability, accountability, and punctuality

Self-motivated and internally driven to excel in your position and career

• Time management skills for juggling multiple deadlines and deliverables

Education:
Some College preferred.
