- Facilitate General Ledger entries into Workday
- Vendor Review and Processing
- Determines efficiencies in accounting procedures such as agent monthly statements and monthly claim statements for the claims department
- Approving journal entries, check requests, & other items turned in by accounting staff
- Reviewing cash management for proper deposits and balances
- Performs special projects for Accounting Leader or Profit Center Leader
- Assisting agents with premium finance quotes and accounting related issues
- Calculating and maintaining fee schedule for CPF
- Reviewing and executing signed finance agreements
- Calculating agent's premium finance overrides and issuing payments
- Reconciling and applying compensation fee payments from finance companies
- Bachelor degree required
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
