We are Hiring a Line Cook at The Karol Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio with Marriott in Clearwater, FL!

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Line Cook and be responsible for preparing delicious meals at our F&B outlets while maintaining high standards set by the Tribute Collection. Check out the details below:

Essential Functions:

Prep daily ingredients for specials and regular menu items
Assist chefs with recipes
Maintain a clean kitchen environment
Manage inventory and communicate with the chef
Follow sanitary compliance and SafeStaff guidelines
Perform vegetable and sauce prep, line cooking, dishwashing, and more
Plating dishes as per chef's specifications
Follow Marriott safety procedures

Qualification Standards:

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years' restaurant experience
Great customer service and communication skills

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for long hours
Clear communication skills
Ability to lift weights
Use kitchen equipment safely

Mental Demands:

Make quick judgments
Work well in a demanding kitchen environment
Handle multiple tasks effectively
Manage challenges and problem-solve
