We are seeking a Loan Processing & Documentation Specialist to become a part of our operations team. This person should have experience thriving in either retail or commercial lending. Effective multitasking and a unique ability to handle the unexpected are essential qualifications for the position. Depending on experience and skill set an this position may progress in responsibilities and compensation.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in office administration and familiarity with lending or contracts
• Superb written and verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Data Entry - Application setup, creation of documentation and updating and running reports
• General Support to company operations office duties
• Communication and follow up with potential and existing clients, vendors, insurance companies and including but not limited to any party involved in the deal process or follow up via phone and email
• Supporting all phases of the application process from beginning to end.
• Prepare and send invoices, maintain client databases, track application, and assist requesting and following up with application, credit and funding stipulations.
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• File loan applications and supporting documents
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
