- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise assembly workers to foster teamwork, safety, and productivity
- Monitor and manage the assembly process to meet production targets and quality standards
- Provide training and guidance to team members for skill development
- Enforce quality control procedures for product quality maintenance
- Continuously improve production efficiency and resource optimization
- Manage inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain for material availability
- Ensure safety compliance for a secure work environment
- Report on production performance, challenges, and improvements to management
- Address production issues and conflicts promptly and effectively
- Foster clear communication within and between departments
- High school diploma or equivalent; a related bachelor's degree is a plus
- Minimum 5 years' experience in production or assembly
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Knowledge of quality control processes
- Proficiency in using computers, iPads, and production management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to safety
- Attention to detail and focus on process enhancement
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and lift heavy objects
- Strong mechanical knowledge and physical capabilities
