    Description

    Overview: We are seeking a skilled Database Marketing Manager-Salesforce with expertise in Salesforce to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing our contact database, ensuring data accuracy, and utilizing Salesforce to streamline contact management processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Salesforce administration.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and maintain the company's contact database within Salesforce, including how data is entered, updates, and de-duplication.
    • Ensure data accuracy and completeness by regularly reviewing and updating contact records.
    • Create and customize Salesforce reports and dashboards to analyze contact data and track key performance metrics.
    • Identify, analyze, and report on social media trends to drive conversation and conversions.
    • Consolidate One Inc social data from various platforms, analyze and provide strategies to improve brand awareness.
    • Identify and correct discrepancies and inconsistencies in Salesforce data.
    • Conduct data cleansing activities to improve data quality and integrity.
    • Implement best practices for data management within Salesforce platform.
    • Generate reports to track progress and effectiveness of data cleanup efforts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize contact management processes and workflows.
    • Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce best practices and contact management procedures.
    • Stay updated on Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to continuously improve contact management efficiency.
    • Assist with other Salesforce-related tasks and projects as needed.
    Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience working with Salesforce.
    • Strong understanding of contact management principles and best practices.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools including using Salesforce reporting tools.
    • Experience using reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel) is a plus.
    • Familiarity with other CRM platforms and contact management software is a plus.
