    Psychiatry opportunity:
    Findlay, OH Option for 75% telehealth MGMA 75th percentile for compensation Position Details
    • Full time
    • Permanent
    • Welcome new grads, :6 inpatient phone call during weekdays, 1:6 inpatient rounding on weekends 9 bed inpatient unit, ages 18 and older
    • Joining 3 psychiatrists, 3 advanced practitioners
    • One psychologist, 6 counselors, full support staff and leadership support
    • Flexibility to choose outpatient age preference, focus, remote work and preferred hours
    • Supportive and collaborative medical staff, operations team and leadership

    • Strong subspecialty support EMR: Cerner Compensation
    • Competitive base salary plus wRVU production bonus
    • Signing bonus, relocation stipend, student loan reimbursement all negotiable as part of a full compensation package 200 Hours of vacation/CME, 6 major holidays with 48 total hours of holiday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
