- Welcome clients when they arrive to our Collision Center.
- Determine the nature of the client's visit.
- Inform the Estimator of the client's arrival.
- Order Parts
- Write PO's and invoices.
- Schedules appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person.
- Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client.
- Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary.
- Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.
- Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers.
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Polished and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous cashier/customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
